You are able to do what I can't: structure your story around facts that are important. I've a brain tumor myself and I'm probably too close to write my wishes and desires down. Moreover I'm a Dutch guy which makes writing in English quite hard. You presented 'difficult' words (for me) in an easy and structured way so that I now have the courage to try an umpteenth attempt.
